About Us

The Stature Project is an online platform to encourage the next generation of young men and women in their faith journey with Jesus Christ. It is based on the Apostle Paul’s letter to the church at Ephesus where he implored the believers to “walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:1-3)

Paul continues in verse 11, “And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledgeof the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.”

Freedom from sin is a gift of grace from God accomplished through the sacrifice of His only Son. When an individual recognizes the deity of Jesus Christ, confesses with their mouth that He is Lord and believes in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, they are saved and enter into an eternal relationship with God. (Romans 10:9). When a believer subsequently surrenders their life to Christ, in service to others, God begins a life-long journey of growth and transformation; transformation into the nature of Christ Himself. This is the goal of the Stature Project: to encourage and edify believers to grow in the knowledge of the Son of God and to be changed into His stature and fullness.

"Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." (Hebrews 12:1-2)

Let us run the race together and run to win the prize of the imperishable life of God within us! (1 Corinthians 9:24-27)
